Electrical Technology Scheme for Retrofitting Jack-up Drilling Platform to Wind Power Installation Platform

Abstract： With the rapid development of the offshore wind power industry， the demand for offshore wind power installation platforms is increasing day by day.This paper takes the transformationofacertain self-elevating driling platform into an offshore wind power installation platform as acase，analyzes the modular transformation strategies ofthe power system，lifting systemand auxiliarysystem，as well as the electrical technical transformationschemes such as he multi-electric power system，lifing system， winch systemand hose winch system.It realizes theoptimal allocation and effcient utilization of marine engineering resources，and can provide modification experience and solutions for similar transformation projects.
