Research on Key Technologies for Transportation and Lifting ofOver-dimensional E-house Modules

Abstract: This paper addresses the challnges in engineering applications of over-dimensional E-house modules,taking into account their characteristics such asexcesive length, width,and lightweight structural design, a systematic solution is proposed. Integrating multi-axle SPMT coordinated transportation technology,optimized design of truss-type balance beams,and innovative application of embedded lifting lugs,the transportation and shipment of over-dimensional modules are realized.The research employs a combined approach of finite element simulation analysis and on-site real-time monitoring to conduct thorough safety verification during module transportation,lifting,and ship-loading operations,ensuring operational reliability and stability.The findings providevaluable technical references and implementation pathways for enginering practices involving similar overdimensional modules.
