两种检测方法对9Ni钢焊接残余应力的研究

Abstract: The residual stresses in the weld seam and heat-affcted zones of three types of test plates (flat, horizontal,and vertical welds) made by shielded metal arc welding of 9Ni steel were measured using two methods:the driling method and X-ray diffraction,and the distribution lawof welding residual stresses in 9Ni steelthick plates was obtained.The infuences and causes of different welding methods and detection methods on the distribution of welding residual stress were analyzed and discussed.The research results show that horizontal welding is suitable for thick steel plates,which can reduce the welding residual stress of9Ni stel welded plates. Moreover,the surface residual stress values detected bythe X-ray difraction method are higher than the internal residual stressvalues detected by the hole-drilling method.Therefore,the X-raydiffaction method canbe used for rapid detection to improve efficiency.
