IoT-Based Electrical Monitoring System Design for Diesel Engines

Abstract: Traditional diesel engine monitoring systems have obvious shortcomings in real-time performance and reliability.This paper proposes a remote monitoring scheme based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology.The hardware ofthe schemeadoptsa hierarchical distributed architecture design;atthe sofware level,a data processing module is established through a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC),and intelligent control algorithmsare used for precision regulation.The system utilizes a B/S (Browser/Server) architecture combined with the WebSocket protocol to build a comprehensive service platform with functions such as real-time monitoring,data analysis, and fault early warning.Experiments show that this scheme has significant advantages in monitoring accuracy andresponse speed,providing strong technical support for the intelligent operationand maintenance of industrial equipment, and demonstrating enormous application value and market potential.
