Historicdistricts face dual challengesamid rapid urbanization： preserving traditional featureswhilemeeting modern functional needs.Addressing common issues in Lingnan's historic districts-such as cultural erosion，business homogenization，landscape incongruity，challenges in craft preservation，and ecological neglect—this study examines the Rongdeli District in Guangzhou as an empirical case.Based onan in-depth analysis of itscultural display，spatial texture，and ecosystem，a five-pronged revitalization strategy is proposed，encompassing geo-cultural revitalization，industrial integration，material continuity，technologicalfusion，and environmental symbiosis.Specificmeasures include excavating regional culture to create distinctive scenes，preserving traditional architecture while diversifying business formats，translating traditional elements to reconstruct spatial textures，inheriting crafts through modern technologies，and fostering biodiversity by protecting native trees.The application of this strategy in Rongdeli has significantly improved culturalidentity，spatial quality，and ecological sustainability.
