Afforestation Technology of Populus euphratica in Hexi Region

AbstractPopulus euphratica is an important tre species in the arid desert area of Northwest China，which plays an ireplaceable role in maintaining ecological balance，windbreak and sand fixation. In-depth study of its nursery land selection，seedling cultivation technology，afforestation methods，tending management，and pest control technology could provide scientific basis and technical support for improving the survival rate and preservation rate of Populus euphratica afforestation and promoting the sustainable development of Populus euphratica forest.

胡杨（Populuseuphratica）为杨柳科杨属植物，在我国主要分布于内蒙古西部、甘肃、青海和新疆等地，又称异叶杨、胡桐等，叶形变化多样，有卵圆形、卵圆状披针形、三角状卵圆形、披针形和肾形等，生长在幼树嫩枝上的叶片为柳叶披针形，大树老枝上的叶片为卵圆形。（剩余3143字）
