Effect of 5-Aminolevulinic Acid Spraying on Growth of Fraxinus chinensis

Abstract5-Aminolevulinic acid is widely used in plant growth regulationand nutrition supplement,which can promote plant growthand development and improvethe stress resistance of trees.In order to explore the effct of 5- Aminolevulinic acid on the growth and development of Fraxinus chinensis,Fraxinus chinensis in Binzhou City of Shandong Province was taken as the research object.The indexes of growth and development,photosynthetic pigment and enzyme activityof Fraxinus chinensis under different 5-Aminolevulinic acid concentrations were compared by experiment. The results showed that 5-Aminolevulinic acid had a significant effect on the growth of Fraxinus chinensis. With the increase of the mass concentration of 5-Aminolevulinicacid,the plant height,ground diameter, aboveground biomass,underground biomass,enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substances of Fraxinus chinensis showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. When the massconcentration of 5-Aminolevulinic acid was 60mg⋅L-1 and 90mg⋅L-1 ,the growth of Fraxinus chinensis was better. When the mass concentration of 5- Aminolevulinic acid was 60mg⋅L-1 ,the photosynthesis,enzyme activity and the mass fraction of osmotic adjustment substance of Fraxinuschinensis were the highest.
