Analysis of Ardisia mamillata Sowing Effects Under Different Rooting Agent Treatments

AbstractTaking Ardisia mamillata seeds collected inLushan City，Jiangxi Provinceas experimental materials，the efects of different rooting agents and diferent mass concentrations of the same rooting agent on the seedling emergence rate and seedling growth of Ardisia mamillata were studied. The results showed that among diferent concentration of NAA rooting agents 25mg⋅L-1 showed the best effect andthe rooting agent naphthaleneacetic acid （NAA）had the best soaking effect among different rooting agents. The average seedling emergence rate was 92.87% ，the average ground diameter was 0.34cm ，the average seedling height was 5.83cm ，the average main root length was 9.17cm ，the average number of lateral roots ⩾5cm was 7.67，and the average lateral root length was （20 5.77cm .The treatment of rooting agent could significantly promote the growth of seeds and seedlings of Ardisia mamillata. The effect of soaking seeds with the mass fraction of 25mg⋅L-1 NAA rooting agent for 12 hours is the best.
