“互联网+人社”信息化系统建设思路探析

摘要：传统模式下的人力资源和社会保障工作效率低下，难以满足人们的需求。“互联网+信息化”技术的发展，为人社信息化系统建设提供了新的发展思路。利用“互联网+”技术的高效性、智能化特性构建全新的人社工作新模式，能够有效提升人社工作效率以及服务水平，保障人社事业的蓬勃发展。

Abstract： Human resources and social security work under the traditional model are inefficient and difficult to meet people's needs. The development of "0Internet + information" technology has provided new development ideas for the construction of human and social information systems. Using the high-efficiency and intelligent features of "Internet + technology" to build a new mode of human and social work can effectively improve the efficiency and service level， and ensure the vigorous development of human and social undertakings.
