以学生为中心的临床案例教学法在中医急诊住院医师规范化培训中的探索与实践

[Abstract]ObjectiveToevaluatetheefectivenessofthestudent-centered，case-basedteaching methodinthestandardizedtrainingoftraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM）residentphysicians.MethodsFromJanuarytoDecember2O22，3Oresident physiciansundergoingemergencydepartmentrainingwererandomlyselectedasthecontrolgroupandtaughtbytraditionalmethods.In thisapproach，dsignatedisructorsprovidedteoreticallssons，practicaldemonsratios，andgdedreesinompletigpr lectedclinicalcasesindependently.Another3Oresidentphysicianswererandomlychosenastheobservationgroup，taughtbya student-centeredase-basedteachgetodTismethdmphsizedcorepathogenesis，progresivelyintegatedtetbooktet， andconectedmultidisciplinaryknowledgepoints.Afterthetraining，bothgroupsweresurveyedtoasesstheirsatisfactionwithemer gencytrainingandtheirself-evaluationofclinicalsyndromediferentiationskils.Entranceexamresultswerealsocomparedbetween thetwogroups.ResultsTheobservationgroupshowedsignificantlyhighersatisfactionandself-evaluationscoresforsyndroedifferentiation ability compared to the control group （ P<0.05 ）．Additionally，their clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment scores were significantly superior （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion The student-centered，case-based teaching method enhances the clinical diagnosisandtreatmentskilsofesidentphysiciansinstadadedtrningprogamsandinceasstheroverallsatisfactionwithteain ing process.
