[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore thelatentclassandinfluencing factors ofmedicationcomplianceintheelderlywith multiplechronic conditions.MethodsFrom March to September 2O23，the elderly people aged ⩾60 years old were selected from two communitymedicalinstutionsinBeijingbyconveniencesamplingmethod.DatawerecolectedusingtheGeneralInformationQuestionaire，theChineseversionof8-itemMoriskymedicationaderencescale，theChineseversionofthemedicationbeliefsaboutedicationquestionnairee-specifie，andthfraltyasessmentscale.Thelatentcassanalysismethodwasusedtoclasifyandnamethe medicationcomplianceofteelderlywithchonicultiplechonicconditioncomorbidities.Multiplelogisticregresionmodelwasused toanalyzetheifluencingfactorsof thepotentialcategoryResults340questioairesweredistributed，23invalidquestioaire wereremoved，and317validquestionnaireswerecolected.Throughlatentclassanalysis.317elderlypatientswithmultipleconc conditions weredividedinto3categories：poroverallmedicationcompliancegoup，poorsubjectivemedicationcompliancegroup，and goodoverallmedicationompliacegroup.eeerestatisticallysignifcantdifereesamongtgroupsiducationevelplace ofresidence，nualtotalincome，typofpayment，atentiotopopularsciencepublicaccounts，dailytimeofmedication，stagesof weakness and belief in medication （ P<0.05 ）．The results of multiple logistic regresson analysis showed that education level，paymentype，debliationstage，eliefleveloftakingmeicinendatentionpaidbypopularsciencepublicaccountswereteinfluetial factors for medication compliance of the elderly with multiple chronic conditions （ P<0.05 ）．Conclusion The medication complianceoftheelderlywithmultiplechonicconditiosnedstoeimproved，ndtheclinicalstaffsouldconductindividualidteen张美茹，等．慢性病共病老年人用药依从性潜在类别及其影响因素分析 tionaccording to thecategorycharacteristics ofmedication compliance [Key words] Multiple chronic conditions；Medication adherence；Latent class analysis
