多学科协作模式在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo exploretheapplicationvalueof multidisciplinarycollboration（MDT）model in elderlypatients withtype2diabetesmelltus（T2DM）.MethodsAccording totheimplementationtimeofMDTmodelinteEndocrinologyDepartmentof Xi'anNinthHospitalfroApril2O23，atotalof86elderlypatintswithTDMwowereenoleditetreatmentfroOctober 2022 to March2O23wereincludedinthecontrolgroupand givenroutiecare；87elderlypatientswithT2DMwhowereenolledinthe treatmentfromApril2O23toSeptember2023wereincludedintheobservationgroupandgivenMDmodelintervention.Thediferencesofbloodglucosecontrol，socialsupportlevelscore，self-managementeficacyscore，healthbehaviorscoreandqualityflife scorebeforeinterventionandfter6monthsofinterventionwerecompared.ResultsAfter6monthsofintervention，thebloodglucose level and quality of life score of the two groups were decreased （ P<0.05 ），and the MDT group was lower than the control group （ P< 0.05）.Thesocialsupportscore，self-managementeficacyscoreandhealthbehaviorscoreof thetwogroupswere increased，andthe MDT group was higher than the control group （ P<0.05 ）.ConclusionThe implementation of MDT model in elderly T2DM patients cannotnlycontrolthebloodglucoselevelofpatients，butalsoimprovethesocialsupportlevelandself-managementefcacyofpatients，and further improve the health behavior and quality of life of patients.
