[Abstract]Cardiovasculardiseases arethe leadingcauseof mortalityanddisease burden among the elderly，both in China andgloballyTisundersorsteiporanceofultivatingmedicalprofessionalswithadeeunderstandngofthuniquecaracteristicsofcardiovasculardiseasesinagingpopulatios.Ideologicalandpliticaleducation，akeycomponentinfosteringmoralchracter andintegity，playsavitaloleincardiovascularsurgeryeducationwithintecontextofanagigsociety.Tisarticleexaminstheapplicatiooftheideologicalandpiticaleducationteachngmodelincardiovasularsurgeryandidentifisintegationpointswithth teachingprocessBymbeddngdverseideologicalandpoliticalelementsitocardiovascularsurgeryducatio，theapproahsures thatstudentsnotolyacquirespecializedkowedgeinthecontextofaagingpopulationutalsodevelopawel-roundedworldvieand values：Thisstrategyistocultivatecompreesiveandeticallgoundedcadiovasularsurgeryprofesioalsequippedoaddress the challenges of an aging population.
