Abstract：This paper focusing onthe"ThreeTalentTeams"（national archival experts，national archival craftsman-type talents，and nationalyoung archival business backbones）construction，systematically evauates their achievements and shortcomings based on literature review，questionnaire surveys，and dataanalysis;The studyreveals significant gapsin thecurent "Three Talent Teams "regarding quantityand structure，technical capabiliesand Alintegration， training and evaluation mechanisms，and incentive and mobility mechanisms，which hinder their abitytofullymeet thedemands of new quality productivityand Aldevelopment;Accordingly，this paper proposes countermeasures such as establishing "Al + Archives " talent training bases，optimizing a hierarchical and categorized utilization structure，creating an evaluation system emphasizing innovative contributions，building a national talent mobility platform，and strengtheningpolicysupport; Theresearch aims toprovide theoretical reference and practicalinsights for constructing a talent-driven archival support system in the new era.
