Abstract： As an important red archival resource，the materials on the deeds of public security models carry the mision of "preserving history，providing policy advice，and educating people".It is necessary to systematically deconstruct its functions，values，and innovative paths fromthe perspective of red archives.In terms offunctional classification，itcanberefinedbasedoncarierform，formationprocess，contentnature，andtimedimension.Interms of value positioning，the materials on the deeds of public security models havethe characteristics oforiginal record. information resource，appraisal value，and educational value.In response to the problems existing in qualitative cognition，virtual spaceconstruction，applicationof digitalinteligence technology，and emotionalresonancewith thered spirit，fourinnovative pathsofoptimization utilization，digital inteligenceempowerment，spatial narrative， and emotional resonance are proposed to promote the construction strategy of the digital intellgence emotional resonance narrative space of the materials on the deeds of public security models from static preservation to dynamic governance. Under the red archival perspective，rationall understand the functional clasification and value positioningofthematerialson thedeeds of publicsecurity models，andinovatively proposethe conceptand working paradigm of public security model archives，so as to provide decision-making references for optimizing the management of public security model archives and releasing the eficacyof the model spirit，and also provide a clear direction for constructing the digital intelligence emotional resonance narrtive spaceofred archives in the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
