Abstract：Taking Dunhuang Archivesas the research object，this paper explores the data element transformation of Dunhuang Archivesin the developmentof digital culturalindustry.Basedon the elaborationof thecurent situation， management pain points and transformation demands of Dunhuang Archives，this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of data element transformation of Dunhuang Archives，and proposes the breakthrough paths such as the integrationof all-domain resources dataizationand standardized data governance.The research holds thatthe data element transformation of Dunhuang Archives is of great significance for promoting the development of digitalculturalindustryinDunhuang，butitiscurrentlyfacing problemssuch as datavalueassessment，securityand privacyprotection，andtalentandtechnology.Inthefuture，multi-facetedcolaborativesupportisneededtorelease its potentialandvalue，and providereferenceforthe data elementtransformationofotherculturalheritage Archives.
