Abstract:This study focuses on the digitalandinteligenttransformation of Party historylearning andeducationbases in libraries,archives,and museums (LAMs),revealing their effectivenessand botlenecks inempowering ideological andpolitical education inuniversities through empiricalanalysis.Based onan intra-campus and extra-campus dualdimensional perspective,the research shows that on-campus institutions strengthen emotional identificationand identitytransformationthroughdigitaluniversityhistoryplatforms,VRinteractions,andstudentparticipatorypractices, while off-campus institutions bridge resource barrers by leveraging technologies such as red-themed archival touringexhibitionsandAl-gudedtours.Intheprocessof digitalinteligenceempowerment,ideologicalandpolitical educators in higher education institutions have playedakeyrolein technology transformation,value transmission, andstudent participation organization,ensuring that digital inteligence construction trulyserves the educational goals of ideological guidance and behavioral transformation.The study identifies common issues,including the disconnection between technological applications and educational goals,insufficient adaptation of of-campus resources to curricula,andthe lack of collaborative mechanisms.Looking ahead to the"The15th Five-Year Plan" afour-dimensional strategicframework isproposed,encompasing hierarchicalresourcedevelopment,inteligent scenario reconstruction,a "dual-teacher dual-guidance"system between universities and LAMs,and dynamic evaluation,aiming to construct anewideologicaland political education ecosystem characterized by"virtualphysical integration and university-LAM synergy."
