Abstract：Against thebackdropof thein-depth integrationof the digitaleconomyand thereal economy （integration ofdigitaland real economies），the massive，diverse and high-value archive data present new chalenges for stateowned enterprises.This paper focusesonthedigital-real integration environment，deeplyanalyzes the keyproblems existing in the archive management of state-owned enterprises，innovatively proposes an optimized strategy of coordinated governance integrating governance concepts，technology applications and development and utilization，and constructs anevaluation index systemfor the service eficiency of archive data governance.The aimis todrive thecontinuous improvement of governance practices andultimately asist state-owned enterprises in buildinga modern archive governance system that operates eficientlyandachieves a value loop，providing a solid data foundation support for enhancing the core competitivenessof enterprises in the digital economy era.
