Abstract:This studytakes Quanzhou,a renowned historicalandcultural city,asa casesample to systematically explorethe paradigmshift and innovative applications of health archives driven by artificial inteligence (Al) technology.Based ona multidimensional theoretical framework encompasing urban demography,regional economics,andculturalcommunication,a tripartite"technology-culture-institution"colaborativeanalyticalmodel was constructed.The research highlights the uniquecultural capitaladvantages of Quanzhou,as the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road,in health archives development.It innovatively proposes the conceptualframework of "intangible cultural heritage health archives"and designsa blockchain-based health data governance architecture with Southern Fujian cultural characteristics.Through deep machine learning and big data simulation,the study validates the significant value of Al in enhancing archival management efficiency,optimizing medical resource allocation,and empowering urban cultural branding.The research presents the "Quanzhou Smart Health Archives Solution," incorporating elements such as inteligent collection systems,cultural value mining engines,and multistakeholder collaborative governance mechanisms,providing replicable theoretical paradigms and practical pathways forsimilar cities.Thefindings offer importantinsights forsynergizing the HealthyChina strategywith cultural heritage preservation.
