Abstract： Based on value analysis of archival resources-driven cultural transmision，this paper systematically elucidates the driving mechanisms of archival resources through constructing a triadic theoretical model of 'Resource-technology-audience'，focusing on narrative reconstruction，temporal and spatial expansion，and audienceparticipation.The studyidentifies that the current predicaments in Yellow River culture inheritance stem fromintertwined deficienciesin institutionalframeworks，outdated conceptual paradigms，and capacitylimitations. Efective cultural transmision requires establishing archival resourcesas core organizational power and drive force， constructinganinnovativetriparteframework encompassing'content-technology-mechanism'toovercomeexisting challenges.Bydeepening thevalue chainof Yellow River cultureinheritancebasedoncontent elements，constructing adigitaltechnology-based Yellow River culture diseminationecology，and innovating mechanisms topromotethe eficiencyofYellow Rivercultureinheritance，thepath innovationofYellowRiverculture inheritance canbeachieved. This paper further proposes breakthroughs in archival resource property rights protection systems，cultural heritage effectivenessevaluation frameworks，andinnovation in international communication discourse systems.Through dynamic closed-loop update mechanisms，archival resources can continuously provide organizational power and drive force for Yellow River culture inheritance.
