AbstractObjective：Toconstructaserviceperformanceevaluationindexsystemforurbannon-profitelderlycareinstitutionsbasedon datanvelopmentanalysis.Methods：Basedonthemulti-iputandmulti-outputprinciplesofdataenvelopmentanalysis，preliminarypool ofserviceperformaceevaluationindexsystemforurbannon-profit elderlycareinstitutionswasestablished throughliteratureaalysis. Thefialevaluation indexsystem wasconductedbyDelphi expertconsultationinvolving15 experts.Andtheindicator weights were determinedusinganalyticherarchyprocessResults：Tworoundsofexpertconsultationwerecompleted.Thevalidquestionnairerecovery rate was 100% in both rounds.Expert authoritycoeficient was O.85.In the second round，themean scores for indicators importance ranged from 3.33 to 5.00.The full-score rates ranged from 20% to 100% .The coefficient of variation ranged from O.OO to O.28.The Kendal's Wvalue was 0.305 （P<0.01） 0.The finalized evaluation index system comprised 2 dimensions（input and output），including 5 first-level indicators， 1lsecond-leveldicatosnd38tid-leveldicator.Conlusios：Theonstructedsrvicepformanceevaluationindexstefor urbano-profitelderlycareinstitutionsdemonstratedsienificandreliable.Itcouldprovideevidenceforperformanceasessentand continuous improvement of service quality in urban non-profit elderly care institutions.
