AbstractObjective：Toexplore theapplicationefectofbianstonethemocompresstherapywithwarmstomachstrengthenspnntment inhematopoieticstecelltrasplantatio（SC）patients.Metos：Atotalof66HSCpatntsadmitedtoteematoogdeparet ofatertiarygradeAhospitalinHangzhoucitywereselectedas thestudysubjectsfromOctober 2O23to March 224.Thepatients were randomlydividedintointerventiongroupandontrolgoupbyusingrandomumbertable（33patientseach）.Tecontrolgroupasesreeived fosaprepitantdimeglumineforinjectionandroutiecare，hiletheinterventiongroupcasesreceivedbianstonethermocomprestherapy withwarmstomachstrengthenspleenontmentbasedonthecontrolgroup.Theincidenceofnauseaandvomiting，aswellaspepsinogen levels were compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of nausea in the intervention group （63.6% ）was lower than that of the control group （87.9%） 0.And the incidence of vomiting in the intervention group （54.5%） ）was lower than that of the control group （20 （84.8%） 0.There were statistically significant differences between the two group （P<0.05） .The grading of nausea showed between-group and time effects .P<0.05） .While the grading of vomiting showed between-group and timeeffect（ P<0.05 0.On the 8thday of preconditioning， the levels of pepsinogen Γ[（154.70±47.09） μg/L] and pepsinogen I [（14.36±4.11 μg/L] in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group[（181.85±53.51） μg/L and （20.00±3.61）μg/L ，respectively].Conclusions：Bian stone thermo-compress therapy withwarmstomach-strengthenspleenointmentwasbeneficialforreducing theincidenceandseverityofnauseaandvomitinginHSCT patients.It could also mitigate the impact on pepsinogen levels.
