AbstractObjective：Toestablishemergencynursingmanagementplanforpatients withsepticshock.Methods：Thepreliminarydraftof emergencynursingmanagementplanforpatients withsepticshock wasconstructedthroughliteratureanalysis.Andthefialdatofemrgency nursing management planforpatientswithsepticshockwasformedbased onexpert iquiries.Results：Atotalof15expertscompleted 2 rounds of inquiry.And the effective response rate of the questionnaire of both rounds were 100% .Theexpert authority coefficients were 0.8landO.85，espectivelyTheKendal'sWofllevelsofidicatosinthesecondoundofinquryangedfrom4to60l P< 0.001）.CoeffcentofvariationrangedfromO.08toO.12.Thefialemergencynursingmanagementplanforpatients withsepticshock includedfistlatoarlsstddadstagntdati supportivetreamnttiouoossssntdoigmpreeieugaagentand7odvedat and52three-leveldicators.Conclusios：eemergecyursingmaagementplanfrpatientswithsepticsockconsructedissitific， practical and targeted.
