AbstractObjectie：Toevaluatetheaplicationefectofdiferentbluntseparationinperipherall insertedcentralcathete（PICC）bya networkmeta-aass.MetdsRadoedontrolldtrialsonCCinsertiousigtbluntseparatioeeetriedfrottabasef CNKI，Wanangataiaeicalieratureatabase，ubed，base，Webfiee，ndechaneLl timefromdatabaseestablishmenttoSeptember1，023.RevMan5.4wasusedforliteraturequalityevaluationAndStata17.Owasused fornetworkmeta-analysis.Results：Atotalof18literaturesourceswereincluded，involving7indsofbluntseparation.Therultsof the network Meta-analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences（all P<0.05 in terms ofbleedingvolume at 24 hours postcatheterizationandpuncturesiteleakagebetweentheblindpucturenedleseathandthecathetersheathasemblyforsidilation andtheinsertiosheathershathexpasionomparedtoonvetioalbladexpasionetods.Coclusios：Bluntseparaioodtain advantagesoverconventioalbladeexpansionmethodsinPICCinsertio.However，thetialbluntseparationrequiredfurthraidation through clinical trials.
