AbstractObjective：Tonstructcosectioalsymptonetworkofietsithacutelkeiauringhmotherapy，ndetify thestrengthofsymptomrelationshipsandcoresymptoms.Methods：Atotalof52OpatientswithacuteleukemiafromatetarygradeA hospitalinLinyicitywereselectedasresearchsubjectsfromJuly2O23toApril2O24.Thesurvey wasconductedbyapatientgeeral informationsurveyquestioaireandtheChineseversionoftheMemorialSymptomAsessmentScaleResults：Thetop3mostfrequent symptoms were alopecia（440 cases， 84.62% ），fatigue/weakness（435 cases， 83.65% ），and loss of appetite（40o cases， 76.92% ）.There was strongpositieoelantwennauoitigndns/oradsxitedheigstexpecdifueeihetd influencecoeficientof1.O9.Conclusios：SadnesswasthecoresymptominpatientswithacuteleukemiaduringchemotherapyTimely psychologicaltateasessmentandpsychologicalinterventionscontributedtoeducingboththincidenceofmultiplesymptoand patients'overall disease burden.
