AbstractOeeTvesieausfsolcallecedtasiiokmgt，tosok model，toidentifyoreiusinteetworkndtoxploreelatiosipsbetweevarables.ethds：Atotalof9rsingits inGuangxi ZhuangAutonomousRegionwereselectedasparticipantsfromDecember2O23toAugust2O24byquotasampling.Datawere colected byusinggeraliforaouestioaireitoovoReslealeCD）ndasiok Scale for UndergraduateNursing Students（UNST）.Networkanalysis wasadopted toexaminethecorrelationbetweenpsychological resilienceandtransitionshockamongnursinginterns.Centraltyandbridgecentralityindicatorswereidentified.Results：Thenetwork structureevealed19significantdgesbetweenpsychologicalesilienceandransitionsock.Netorkanalysissowedthat"tinkclearly" inthepsychologicalreslinceclusterand"excessiveintemshipworkload"inthetransitionsockclusteramongnursinginteshada strongexpectedinfluence."Excesiveintershiporkload"emergedasakeybridgeexpectedinfluenceinthenetwork.ConcusiosTe "thinkclearlyand"excesseinteshipworkloadmaysrveassharedinterventiontargetsforimprovigpsychologicalsileand transitioshockamongnursigintes.ducatorsandhospitaladministratorscouldimplementtargetedinterventionsbasedonctrality andbridgecentralityidicatos tofectivelyenhancepsychologicalresilienceandeducetheimpactoftransitionshockamongusing interns.
