Methods：CNKI，WanFangData，VIP，SinoMed，WebofScience，PubMedandtheCochraneLibraryweresearchedbycomputerto screenrandomizedcontrolldtrialsontraditionalChinesemedicieextealtherapiesforsimpleobesityAndetrievaltimefromdatabase establishmentoJanuary12224.TwosearchersindependentlysrenedliteratureandextractedthedataStataMP7softarewas usedforstatisticalaalysisofthataRsults：Atotalof85piecesofiteratureerecudedivolvingtypsofadiioalCie Medicineexteraltherapies.Theresultsofetwork Meta-analysisshowedthatacupointembeding，massage，electroacupuncture，and acupuncturewerealloreefectietanonveoaltreatmentinteofectieessAupoitmbeding，lectroacupucred acupunctureeealsupetoveioaltreamntinfducigistmfereEltroacuuncreuptding， andacupunctureweresuperiortoconventionaltreatmentintermsofreducingbodyweight.Acupointembeddngandelectroacupuncture weresuperiortoconventional treatmentintermsofreducingbodymassindex.Conclusions：ThetraditionalChinesemedicineexteral therapieshaduniqueadvantagesinthetreatmentofsimpleobesityAcupointembeddingandelectroacupuncturehadbeteeffect.
