AbstractObjective：ToeveloptraditionalChinesemedicinedetarytherapyeedsscaleforpatientswithcancrandtotestitsreliability andvalityMethods：etraditionalChinesemedicidetaryterapynedscaleforpatientswithcanerwasconstructedthrouhiterature revieweiudesdeliaotalfisdpaitro HospitalweresurveedfroDecember2ltoJauary2 totestthereliabiltandvalidityofthesaleResuts：TetraditionalCinse mediciedietarytherapyneedsscaleforpatientswithcancerincluded35items.2roundsofexpertconsultationwereconducted，with （204号 100% effectiveresponserate in both rounds.The expert authority coefficient wereO.845 for both rounds.Kendal's W was 0.216（P< 0.001） in the first round and 0.324（ P<0.001 ）in the second round.The scale-content validity index was O.98l，while the item-level content validity index ranged from0.979 to O.983.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 8 factors with eigenvalues >1 ，accounting for 72.981% of thecumulativevarane.Theresultofonfimatoryfactranalsisshowedtatallodelidicatorsetthegoodnsof-fitiae Cronbach'saefientofales.926，italfellitfalesO6，ndtstreesrelilitofaleaO.9.Co： ThetraditionalChinesemediciedetaryterapyndsscaleforpatientswithcancerexibitedgoodreliabilityandvalidity.Itoldsere as a reliable tool for assessing traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy needs of patients with cancer.
