Status quo of corneal injury in patients undergoing non -head/facial general anesthesia surgery and its influencing factors

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethestatusquoofcoealinjuryinpatientsundergoingnon-head/facialgeneralanesthesiasurgery andtoaalyzitsifluencingfactorsMethod：Atotalof3patintsundergoingonad/facialgenralanestesiasurgeratatertay gradeAhospitalioggieseledassdysubetsbratfpingmdfrMarchtlyDtweeouiga generalinforatioestioiftitsandgicalelatedfctouestoiefoalijurioeadfcialgealstia patients.Teealjausofeasulsoghieeolr an incidence rate of 21.8% .The result of multivariate analysis showed that preoperative eye care measures were protective factors for corneal injury in these patients（ P<0.05 ）.However，incomplete eyelid closure （visible conjunctiva and cornea） before or after surgery， preoperative or intraoperative use of atropine，and tallr body height were risk factors for corneal injury（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： The ncienceofcoealinjuryinpatientsundergoingnonhead/facialgeneralanesthesiasurgerywasrelatielyhigh.Preoperativeeye caremeasuresdgreeofeyelidosurebforeoftersurgerypreoperativeotraoperativeuseftropiendodyeightereifueing factorsofcoealinjuryMedicalstaffshouldcloselymonitorpatients'corealconditions，implementperioperativeeyecaremeasures， prevent corneal injuries，and improve both nursing quality and medical safety.

角膜损伤（cornealinjury）为角膜上皮表面缺陷，主要表现为疼痛、视力模糊、眨眼或睁开眼睛时的不适、过度流泪、畏光（光敏感）、沙砾感和异物感等，若未及时处理甚至可能导致永久性失明的视网膜或视神经严重疾病，是非眼部全身麻醉手术病人最常见的眼部并发症之一[1-2]。（剩余9956字）
