Abstract    By reviewing and summarizing previous literature from both domestic and international sources， it attempted to compare and contrast the similarities and differences between clinical research nurses and other roles such as clinical nurses and clinical research coordinators.It elaborated on the origins，development，role transformation，and professionalization of clinical research nurses， as well as their job responsibilities， competency evaluations，and research progress in role evaluation tools. The aim was to provide theoretical groundwork for future research on the selection，training，and development of clinical research nurses.

摘要  通过回顾与梳理既往国内外文献，尝试比较临床研究护士与临床护士、临床研究协调员等其他角色的异同点，阐述临床研究护士的起源发展角色转换和专职化发展、岗位职责和胜任力评价、角色评价工具的研究进展，以期为未来临床研究护士的遴选、培训和发展的相关研究作理论性铺垫。（剩余12813字）
