Abstract    Objective:To analyze the relationship between the risk and occurrence of disability among patients after hemorrhagic stroke surgery. Methods:A total of 236 patients who underwent hemorrhagic stroke surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and surveyed using a general information questionnaire, the Tilburg Scale,et al.Results:Among the 236 patients,138(58.47%) were at high risk of disability and 98 (41.53%) were at low risk.Among the 138 high⁃risk patients, 102(73.91%) developed disability and 36(26.09%) did not.Among the 98 low⁃risk patients,32(32.65%) developed disability and 66 (67.35%) did not.High⁃risk disabled patients were older, had higher disability levels and clinical outcome severity, longer rehabilitation courses, higher NIHSS,SAS,and SDS scores, earlier initiation of rehabilitation interventions, and lower social support and nutritional status compared with low⁃risk disabled patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a moderate correlation between the degree of disability risk and the occurrence of disability among patients after hemorrhagic stroke surgery.Clinicians can use risk levels to screen and manage patients hierarchically to improve their prognosis.
