Construction of sensitive quality index system of perioperative nursing during hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy

Abstract  Objective：To construct a sensitive quality indicators system for hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy（HIPEC），and provide a scientific tool for improving nursing quality.Methods：Based on the theoretical basis of "structure⁃process⁃outcome" quality evaluation model， the primary item pool of nursing sensitive quality indicators of HIPEC was compiled based on evidence-based method， and the sensitive quality indicators of HIPEC were revised and established through two rounds of expert consultation.Results：The positive coefficient of the second rounds of consultation was 100%， the authority coefficient was 0.948， and the coordination coefficient was 0.225 （P<0.05）.The constructed nursing sensitive quality index system for HIPEC included 3 first-level indicators， 8 second-level indicators and 26 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion：The developed system is objective and scientific， providing a theoretical basis for improving HIPEC nursing quality，which can provide theoretical basis for the improvement of nursing quality of HIPEC.
