Abstract    It reviewed the development and conceptual framework of "4Ms" （mentation， mobility， medications， and what matters most） elder⁃friendly services， their clinical applications， and implications for implementation in China.The aim is to promote the application of the "4Ms" elder⁃friendly care service model and provide references for future research and practice.
