Abstract  This article reviewed the concept and content of planned behavior theory，the current status of immunosuppressant compliance in kidney transplant patients，and the application of planned behavior theory in immunosuppressant compliance of kidney transplant patients，in order to provide theoretical basis for medical staff to improve immunosuppressant compliance in kidney transplant patients.
