Abstract  This study examined the challenges in the education of master of nursing specialist in China, marked by the issues of "triple⁃value and triple⁃neglect".Drawing upon the collaborative principles of outcome⁃oriented education,we had crafted an all⁃encompassing "one student,multiple mentors" collaborative guidance model.This model seamlessly incorporated coursework,research training,and clinical practice,which representing the three pivotal components of nursing master's degree graduate education.Its establishment and enhancement of communication mechanisms guaranteed the efficacy of collaborative guidance,showed distinct advantages and yielded noteworthy outcomes.

摘要  分析当前我国护理硕士专业学位研究生培养存在的“三重三轻”问题,基于成果导向教育的协同理论,构建了贯穿护理硕士专业学位研究生课程学习、科研训练、临床实践三大环节的“一生多师”全程协同指导模式,建立与完善联络机制,保障协同指导效应,具有一定优势,并取得了显著成效。(剩余5402字)
