Status quo and influencing factors of compliance with standards prevention in clinical nurses

Abstract  Objective：To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of compliance rate of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals in Shanxi province，in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical nosocomial infection management.Methods：A total of 994 nurses from 24 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi province from July to August 2022，were selected as the study objects.Online questionnaire was used to investigate the compliance of clinical nurses with standard prevention and its influencing factors.Results：952 effective questionnaires were collected.The compliance rate of clinical nurses was 77.69%.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that nurses with different professional titles，training frequency，and Leading a Culture of Quality for Infection Prevention Scale scores had different compliance rates for standard prevention（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The standard preventive compliance rate of clinical nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi province had not reached a satisfactory level.Nursing managers should focus on the training times and create a sense control culture atmosphere，to improve the standard preventive compliance rate of clinical nurses.
