Construction of a gastrointestinal function recovery exercise program for patients after laparoscopic liver cancer resection

Abstract  Objective：A gastrointestinal recovery exercise program for patients after laparoscopic liver cancer resection was constructed based on the Delphi method combined with the characteristics of gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic liver cancer resection，using the principle of circular muscle movement.Methods：A preliminary draft of a gastrointestinal recovery exercise program for patients undergoing laparoscopic liver cancer resection was developed through literature review and brainstorming discussions within the research group.Formulate the final draft using the Delphi method.Results：A total of 15 experts were consulted，and the positive coefficients for two rounds of expert consultation were 92.75% and 100.00%，with expert authority coefficients of 0.87.The coefficient of variation for two rounds of expert consultation were 0.00⁃0.43，0.00⁃0.12 respectively，and the Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.528，0.534 respectively（P<0.001）.The final intervention plan included 6 primary indicators，25 secondary indicators，and 4 tertiary indicators，including definitions，gastrointestinal function recovery assessment indicators（tools），Paula exercise methods，time frequency，education methods，and methods to improve compliance.Conclusion：The constructed gastrointestinal function recovery exercise program in patients undergoing laparoscopic liver cancer resection is scientifically and can provide guidance for gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic liver cancer resection.
