Research on the Sustainable Development of Ice and Snow Visual Culture in Harbin Ice andSnowWorld intheAll-media Era

Abstract:At present,all-media technology is profoundly reshaping theculturalcommunication paradigm.As the World'slargesticeand snow theme park,Harbin IceandSnowWorld shouldactivelyintegrateintothetrendof media technology to promote thecommunication of iceand snow culture.On the whole,the communication of ice and snow visualculture in Harbin Iceand Snow Worldhas multiplelogical pathways,butthere arealso shortfalls in the itegration ofcultural symbol systems and technical applications,gaps in the precision of communication matrix effectiveness and audience reach,insufcient synergy between experience scene construction and service systems,blurred barriersbetweenfragmented brandcognitionanddiferentiatedcompetition,and structural constraints in talent support systems and innovation capabilities during the communication process.This paper proposes paths such as the organic integration of symbol systems and technological empowerment, two

wayempowermentofprecise reachand matrix collaboration,collaborative optimization of scene construction and service systems,mutual promotion of industry-education integration and capacity enhancement,and deep linkage of value chain extension and regional collaboration.By promoting the sustainabledevelopmentoficeand snowvisualculture inHarbin Iceand SnowWorld in theall-media era, theintegrated innovation ofvisual cultureand digital

technologyisachieved,therebyacceleratingits transformationfromasingletouristatractiontoacomprehensive cultural system.
