Research on Promoting High-Quality Development of Ice-Snow Sports Tourism with New-Quality Productivity

Abstract：Inthepost-Olympic WinterGames era，withtheaccelerated iterationof technologicaland industrial revolutions，itisimperativetoboostthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofice-snowsportstourismthroughnew-quality productivity.Byexcavating theconnotation of new-quality productivity in ice-snow sports tourism，this study combs out that high-quality development of sports tourism features improving the quality of ice-snow sports tourismproducts，innovating consumption scenarios of ice-snow sports tourism，optimizing the alocationof icesnow sports tourism elements，and expanding the brand efect of ice-snow sports tourism.However，the current development process in China faces practical dilemmas such as weak technological foundation，poor industrial coordination，and insuffcient institutional guarantee.This paper proposesoptimization paths including promoting the expansionand quality improvementofice-snow“new infrastructure”toaccelerate the incubationofcomposite
talents;enhancingthe self-generated capabilitiesof ice-snow sports tourism enterprises to build a data linkage mechanism;and strengthening the construction ofpolicy and regulatory systems to optimize the development environment of ice-snow sports tourism. Bygrasping the core element of cultivating and developingnew-qualityproductivity，this studyaims to achieve a qualitative leap of the ice-snow economy
from“factor-driven”to“innovation-driven”，soas to better transform“cold resources”into“hoteconomy”and trulyturn ice and snow into golden mountains and silver hills. Keywords：new-quality productivity; ice-snow sports tourism; high-quality development
