A Theoretical Review on the High-Quality Development of the Iceand Snow Sports Industry Driven by New-Quality Productivity

Abstract：New-quality productivity isa brand-newconcept regarding productivity，which has empowered the development of the sports industry in many ways.However，there is stilla lack ofcompositeresearch perspectives and micro-level analytical research paradigms between new-quality productivity and the ice and snow sports industry.Based on the theoretical framework of“elements-structure-function”，this study takes the flowof productivityelements towardnew-qualityproductivityelementsasthelogical foundation，thestructural transformationoftheiceand snow sports industryas the logical extension，andthe high-quality functional display ofthe ice and snow sports industry driven by new-quality productivity as the logical conclusion to analyze thedevelopment trend of the iceand snow sports industry under the influence of new-quality productivity. Furthermore，it proposes strategies todrive the high-qualitydevelopmentof theiceand snow sports industry with

new-qualityproductivity，suchasstrengtheningtalent work，grasping technological changes，and keeping up with the trends of the times.By taking the“first move” in the reform of the ice and snow sports industry，it promotes the industry's high-quality development toward“newness”and“quality”，providing a strong impetus for buildinga powerful ice and snow sports country and revitalizing the ice and snow economy.
