Integration of the Confucian Spirit of Fortitude into Campus Ice and Snow Sports Teaching from the Perspective ofAcculturation

Abstract:Confucian culture represents the excellnttraditional cultureof China,and its spiritoffortitude plays a positive role in inspiring students to temper their willthrough iceand snow sports.By deconstructing the connotationofthe Confucian spirit offortitudeandthe content of iceand snow sports culture,this paper finds thatthe integration of the Confucian cultural dimension characterized by the spirit of fortitude with ice and snow sportsculture needs to be achieved through the mode ofacculturation.Italso analyzes and summarizes the conditions,necesity,and modelsof theacculturation betweenthe Confucianspiritoffortitudeandiceand snow sports culture.The paper proposes paths for integrating the Confucian spirit offortitude into campus ice and snow sports teaching:in material acculturation,optimizing curriculum facilityconstruction and cultivatingacampus atmosphereof“revering proprietyandadvocating courage”；ininstitutionalacculturation,reforming the teaching evaluation system to highlight the process oriented by“self-cultivation”；in spiritual acculturation,nourishing sports ideology and politics with culture and establishing the sports temperamentof“gentlemanly demeanor".By organically integrating theConfucian spirit offortitude into thecampus iceand snow sports teaching system,this study aims to cultivate more outstanding talents for therevitalization of the national ice and snow sports cause,

realize the sinicization of iceand snowculture and Winter Olympic culture,and promote the construction ofa socialist cultural power and a sports power.
