Abstract:Todeal with theproblems of traditionalcrosscountryskiing training equipment,such aslarge volume, heavy weight,and inconvenience inportabilitythis study focusesonthedesignofreboundandsuspensiondevices for the magneto-resistive cros-country sking special training feedback system,which allows cross-country skiers to simulate the pole planting action during skiing,thereby exercising upper limb muscle strength and explosive power.Byusing literaturereview,experimental methods,and dataanalysis,thedesignofrebound and suspension devices for the magneto-resistive fedback system was cariedout.Theresults show that elastic ropes are adopted as the core energy storage components of the system's rebound device; composite nylon elastic ropes with a diameter of 5mm are sufficient to meet the needs of athletes’strength training;the suspension device uses

aconnectingplate shaped,whichis suitable for indoor andoutdoormulti-scene suspension and facilitates personalized adjustment according to athletes'body types.Itis recommended to further improve the structure of rebound and suspension devices to enhance thetransmission efficiency of the rebound device and the stability of the suspension device;select lighter and high-strength durable materials to improve equipment portability;and explore intelligent upgrading paths to achieve real-time collection and analysis of training

data.
