Abstract:Inrecent years,the talentcultivation system foradolescent speed skaters in Chinahas beencontinuously improved,butphysicaltrainingmonitoringstillreliesmainlyontraditional experience,whichfailstoectively prevent sports injuries,inhibiting training effciencyand the successrateof talentdevelopment.By analyzing the roleof physical training monitoring foradolescent speed skatersand the main current practice models,this study identifies problems suchas fragmented monitoringdata,insufficientapplicationof technologyand informatization, andalack of adaptabilitytoadolescent groups.Tooptimize the physicaltraining monitoringmodelfor adolescent speed skaters,thestrategiesareproposed,including constructingahierarchicalmonitoringsystem,promoting the implementationofkeytechnologies,scientificallyseting monitoringpriorities,and strengtheningtheconstruction of guarantee mechanisms.In the future,it is necessary toaddress the structural contradiction of unbalanced resourceallocation andreverse the backward performance-oriented concept.Itis also crucial to determine physicaltraining loadsand dynamicallyadjust them according to theobjective laws ofadolescent growth and development and individual diferences.Byactively promoting the standardized constructionand modernization oftheadolescent physicaltraining monitoring system,asolidfoundationcan belaid toenhance the international
