Abstract：Objective：To explore theclinical applicationeffctofalginatedressingapplied inpostoperativepatients with perianalabscess.Methods：Eighty-fourcasesofperianalabscesssurgerypatientsadmitted toourhospitalfromFebruary 2023 to February 2O25wereselected.They were divided into thecontrol groupandtheexperimental group byrandom number table method，with42cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinecare combined with petroleum jelly gauze dressing change；the experimental groupreceivedalginate dresing change basedonthesame routinecare.The time fortherednessandswellingofthewoundmargintofade，thetimeforthewoundtobefreeofoozeandseepage，thetime forthepain toberelieved，thetimeforthe woundtoheal，theincidenceofanalfistula，andthequalityoflifescore were comparedbetween the two groups.Results：The time to resolution of wound edge redness/swelling，cessationof wound exudate drainage，painrelief，and wound healing in the experimental group wereallsignificantlyshorterthan those in the control group，with statistically significant differences（ P<0.05 ）；the incidence of anal fistula in the experimental group waslower than that in the control group，but the difference was not statistically significant （ P>0.05 ）；the quality of lifedimensionscores intheexperimental groupwashigher than thatinthecontrol group，with statisticallysignificant difference （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion： The application of alginate dressing in postoperative perianal abscess patients can promoteearlierwoundhealing，rapidlyrelieve pain，reducetheincidenceofanalfistula，andimprovethequalityoflifeof patients.

肛周脓肿是直肠肛管周围间隙或软组织内的急性化脓性感染，为胃肠外科常见病，其主要症状为肛门周围持续性剧痛，排便、行走或坐位时加剧，可伴局部肿胀、坠胀感，严重者可出现发热、乏力等全身感染症状[1-2]。（剩余5654字）
