以患者和家庭为中心的群组式管理在女性康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Abstract：Objective：To investigate theimpactof patientandfamily-centeredgroup management interventiononsocial functioningdeficitsandstigmalevelsamongpatientswithschizophreniaduringtherehabilitationphase.Methods：Atotal of 6Ofemalepatients withschizophreniaintherehabilitationphase，whowerehospitalizedinatertiaryhospital inYichun fromJanuaryto December 2022，were included inthis study.They wererandomlyassignedusingacoin-toss method：30 patientsfrompsychiatricward1werealocatedtothecontrolgroup，and3Opatientsfrompsychiatricward2wereallocated totheinterventiongroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedbyoutinenursingmethod，whiletheinterventiongroupadditioally receivedapatientandfamily-centeredgroupmanagement.Theefectsoftheinterventiononsocial functioningdeficitsand perceivedstigmawereevaluatedbeforeandaftertheintervention.Results;Beforetheintervention，therewas nostatistically significant diffrence in the level of social function deficitand stigma between the two groups of patients（ P>0.05 ）. Afterthe intervention，thescoresofsocialfunctiondeficitandstigmaof theintervention groupwerelowerthanthoseof the control group on the 1st day before discharge and1 month after discharge，with statistical significance（ P<0.001 ）. Conclusion ：Implementing a patient- and family-centered group management program for patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation phasecanefectively improve social functioningand reduce levelsof perceived stigma.
