Abstract：Objective：To investigate the effectoflocaloxygen therapycombined with magnesiumsulfate + dexamethasone + （204号 50%GS + vitamin B12 wet compress in the treatment of drug extravasation injury.Methods：A total of 6O patients with drug extravasation from May2O23to March 2025 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method.They weredivided intocontrol group（ n=30 ）andobservation group（ n=30 ）according torandomnumbertable method. Control group was treated with magnesium sulfate + dexamethasone + 50%GS + vitamin B12 wet compress， observation group was treated with local oxygen therapy combined with magnesium sulfate + dexamethasone + +50%GS+ vitamin B12 wet compress， both groups were treated for one week.The therapeutic efect and cure time between the two groups were compared. Results：Thepainscoresoftheobservationgroupat12and24hourspost-treatment weresignificantlylowerthanthoseof the control group，with statistical significance（ P- <0.05）.The cure time of the observationgroup wasshorter than that of the control group，with statistical significance（ P<0.05 ）.The therapeutic effectiveness rate of the observation group （100.00% ）was higher than that of the control group （86. 67 % ），with statistical significance（ P<0.05， .Conclusion：Local oxygen therapy combined with magnesium sulfate + dexamethasone + 50%GS + vitamin B12 wet compress for drug extravasation can quickly reduce swellingand relieve pain，shorten healing time，and effctively improve clinical treatmentoutcomes.
