Abstract：Objective：Toanalyze thein-hospital experiencesandpost-dischargeneedsofpatientswithunruptured intracranial aneurysms，andto providerecommendations fordischarge nursing interventions forsuch patients.Methods： Adescriptive qualitative research design was employed.Apurposeful sampling approach was utilized to select15cases diagnosed withunrupturedintracranialaneurysms who were hospitalizedandunderwentsurgical treatmentin theneurosurgery departmentofatertiary-level generalhospital from December 2O24andFebruary 2025in Ganzhou，Jiangxi.Through semi-structured interviews，thecollcted materials were analyzedthrough directed contentanalysis.Results：The findings identifiedthreeoverarching themes comprising patients'perceptionof thedisease from pre-admision to diagnosis， psychological experiences during theperioperativehospitalizationperiod，and core practical contradictions during the discharge transition phase along with eight corresponding sub-themes.Conclusion：The dynamic needs of patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms during thedischarge processare varied and complex.Medical profesionalsshould develop individualized intervention strategies tailored tothesespecificneeds，thereby bridging thegapinresourceand informationsupportthroughoutthetransitionperiodof discharge.Thisapproachnotonlyreduces theriskofreadmission for patients but also ultimately enhances their overall quality of life.
