Abstract:Objective:To explore theclinical efectivenessofthefemoralneck dynamiccross-screwsystem(FNS)inthe treatmentoffemoral neck fracturesundera multidisciplinarytreatment green channel model.Methods:Aretrospective studyreviewed90 cases(3O casesper group)offemoral nck fractures in patientsaged18-65 years treated in our Hospital from January2022 toJanuary2O24.Thecohort wasstratifiedintothree groupsbasedondistinctinternalfixation techniques.Green channelFNS fixed group:multidisciplinaryand greenchannelcolaborationtreatment withFNS fixation within8hours of surgery.Green channel CCSfixed group:multidisciplinaryandgreenchannelcollaborationtreatment with canulated compressonscrew(CCS)fixation within 8 hours of surgery.Traditional CCS fixed group :traditional treatment with CCS fixation,surgery performed8hoursafter admission.Comparison was madeabout thepreoperative general data,lengthofhospital stay,intraoperativesurgical indicators(blood lossvolume,operationtime,numberof fluoroscopies),fracture healingtime,postoperativecomplications(femoral headnecrosis,infection,etc.),and-year postoperative hip Haris scoresamong patients in Greenchannel FNS fixed group,Green chanel CCS fixed group,and Traditional CCS fixed group.Results:Green channel FNS fixed group was significantly superior to Green channel CCS fixed groupandTraditionalCCS fixedgroupintermsof lengthof hospitalstay,operation time,numberoffluoroscopies, fracture healing time,and Harris score( P<0.05 );Green channel CCS fixed group was superior to Traditional CCS fixed group in terms of length of hospital stay,blood loss volume,fracture healing time,and Harrisscore( P<0.05 ). There was a statistically significantdiference inthe incidence of postoperative complications among the three groups ( P<0.05 ),and the incidence of postoperative complications in Green channel FNS fixed group was lower than that inTraditional CCSfixedgroup.Conclusion:With themultidisciplinarycollaborativegreenchannelmodel,FNScan significantly improve theeficiencyof earlysurgical intervention,optimize the fracture healing process,enhance hip jointfunction,and reduce postoperative complications,thus demonstrating favorable clinical promotionvalue.
