Abstract：Paravertebral block（PVB）isaregionalnerve block technique thatinvolves injectinglocalanestheticsintothe paravertebral space toachieve motor，sensory，and sympathetic nerve blockonthesame sideofthe body.Withthe advancementof visualization technology，ultrasound-guidedPVBhasbeen widelyadopted due to itsreliableanalgesic fect，minimal impactonphysiologicalfunctions，andlowincidenceof postoperative complications.However，inclinical practice，thereremainongoing controversiesaboutthe choiceofapproach，drugadministrationprotocols，andsafety assessment.ThisarticleprovidesasystematicreviewofPVBtechnologyanditsclinicalapplications.Withafocusonthe technicalcharacteristicsofdiferentultrasound-guidedapproaches，drugadministration strategiesanddosages，as well as adverse effects，aiming to offer guidance and reference forclinical practice.

椎旁神经阻滞（Paravertebralblock，PVB）通过将局部麻醉药注人椎旁间隙，实现同侧躯体运动、感觉和交感神经阻滞，可为手术患者提供有效镇痛，加快患者术后康复[12]，现已成为一种重要的区域麻醉技术。（剩余10010字）
