国内外花生中真菌毒素标准比对研究

摘要  花生产品中的黄曲霉毒素污染问题是影响我国食品出口的主要原因之一。本文梳理了我国现行花生国家标准及行业标准，分析了国内外花生中真菌毒素标准体系，比对了国内外不同地区花生中真菌毒素指标。

Abstract Aflatoxin contamination in peanut products is one of the primary reasons impeding Chinese food exports.This paper reviews current national and industry standards for peanuts in China， analyzesdomesticand internationalregulatoryframeworksfor mycotoxinsin peanuts，and comparesmycotoxin limits forpeanutsacrossdifferent regionsworldwide.
